Build notes

Grew from a single-service fit-and-finish shop to an integrated partner: A&E, estimating, contracting, millwork, and construction management.
Built jigs and templates on the shop floor when off-the-shelf tooling did not fit.
Plans plant layouts with Lean Six Sigma flow principles, then models them in 2D and 3D before a machine moves (see the Plant Layout Planner in the tools gallery).
