Plant Layout Planner

Site-feasibility model for a millwork plant: 2D floor plans with material flow lines and clearance zones, an orbitable 3D model, and a first-person 3D walkthrough with guided plant tour, worker walkthroughs (wood and steel), and a truck-arrival sequence.

Why it mattersLean Six Sigma flow analysis turned into something a board, a landlord, or a crew can walk through before any money is spent. It produced a clear go / no-go verdict on a candidate building.

Franchise Operations Platform

Full franchisee management system, from first application to signed agreement: application tracking from draft to executed, a negotiation tool for franchise agreement terms, FDD version control and delivery, e-signature packages, a 50-state registry (registration, riders, community property), a cross-application document repository, letters, and admin for users, entities, franchisees, and locations.

Why it mattersTurned franchise compliance and development from email and folders into one auditable pipeline, owned by the person who writes the FDD.

Franchise Insight Hub

Part operational assistant, part compliance system, part benchmark. Franchisees upload their required reports (P&Ls, balance sheets, monthly inventories, and sales reports). AI reads each P&L, maps it to the system's standard chart of accounts, and flags anything that needs fixing, learning as it goes. Each franchisee then sees prime cost, labor, sales per hour, and EBITDA against the rest of the system. On the franchisor side, HQ sees who is in compliance, what is missing, and how the fleet is performing, with alerts on where to focus.

Why it mattersAutomatic reminders go out when labor or cost of goods is out of spec, or when a report is missing, so franchisees get back in line without a phone call. Every operator sees where they stand against the system, and benchmarking drives behavior better than a lecture.
